My customers pay me via direct debit.

I received many payments at once.

So my bank statements says say

14/08/20   £10,525.00

This transaction relates to 100 different customers.

I have a breakdown in CSV format.

How do I import this to quickbooks.

Welcome to the Community, @Countess.

I can help you import the data in QuickBooks Online.

You can import bank transactions using Excel CSV (comma-separated values) files. There are two formats you can choose to upload the breakdown successfully in the system.

You can either select a 3-column or 4-column format depending on the information you want to include during the process. For more information about it, I recommend you visit the Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files article.

To start the upload:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu. Then select the Banking tab.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Select the Update ▼ and then File upload

Additionally, I recommend the following resource, which contains information about manually importing bank transactions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions. Have a great day ahead.
