When I generate an estimate and preview the pdf as my customer will see it, their name does not show up anywhere. Is this normal? Is there a way to make their name show up on the pdf estimate?

I can help you show the customer name in your pdf estimate, @mike6942.

Normally, when you preview the estimate, you can see the customer's name under the Address section. Since you mentioned that this doesn't show up anywhere, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

First thing is to make sure you can print a local PDF document, to proceed, take note of the following:

  1. If you have a PDF document saved to your hard drive, open it from within Acrobat/Reader from the File menu and test to be sure you can print it.
  2. If you do not have a local PDF document, use Windows Search and look for all files and folders, using *.pdf.
  3. If you cannot print a local PDF file, update or repair Adobe.

If the issue persists after repairing your Adobe, proceed to Part 2 and 3 in this article: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.
