Customer statements tab doesn't exist
Why can I not view statements already sent to customers? The "how to create and send statements" guide includes this bit:
View current customer statements
- Go to Sales and select Customers (Take me there).
- Select the customer you want to see the statement for and go to the Statements tab.
- Select the date range from the Date drop-down.
But there is no Statements tab, and you cannot filter transactions under a customer to show statements either.
The only way I can view previously sent statements is to produce a statement report and work from there - while this is handy, this is not acceptable to have as the only option; I should be able to see statements directly from the customer record.
Looking through the knowledge base it seems that this functionality has been removed over the last 18 months, and not replaced - in that case you need to update your "how to" guides and remove all reference to the Statements tab / filter in Customers or All Sales as these simply don't exist.
