Do I exclude it? I voided an invoice and transferred money paid from Company A to Company B. The payment transaction made for invoice is still in Company A (For Review)

Welcome to the Community, @hennessy-eliteig. I'll address your concerns about managing customer invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Regarding your recorded transaction, yes, we can exclude it since you've already transferred the money paid from Company A to B.

Please remember that doing this will completely erase it from your books and won't appear on any reports or accounts. Once you're ready to do it, I'll show you the steps on how to do so: 

1. Go to the left navigation pane and click Sales. 
2. Select All sales.
3. Find the transaction. Select the small arrow ▼ icon in the Action column and then tick Delete.
   
    
4. If you want to include the date and reason you're deleting the transaction, open it and enter that info in the Memo or Message section.
5. Hit More in the footer. Then, choose Delete.
6. Select Yes to confirm.
