Does anyone else have blank invoices?I see it was a problem in Feb.Has it been reported and recognised??

We don't have any reported issues with blank invoices in QuickBooks Online raised with our support team at the moment. 

 

To check for any browser issue that may be causing this, please first try clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your web browser or open QuickBooks in a private browsing/incognito window (on Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N to open).

Hi.. We have fixed this! 🙂

For some reason the parameters in the pdf had changed overnight!

We accessed the "pdf settings" and clicked "CONTENT."

Clicked "edit labels and widths" and slid the activity slide up to 85.

The descriptions are back! 🙂
