Does anyone know when they are going to fix the 'delivery issue' please? It's been going on for 3 yrs. Says invoices 'need attention' some send, some don't, randomly.

Under the invoices tab, I just have a long list of invoices that say '! Delivery issue'. The only way to check the customer received the invoice is to call them. I cant keep doing this.

Hello TCI01, thanks for posting on the Community page,  we are still trying to resolve the issue with invoices not being delivered.
