Does anyone know why Barclays accounts are not updating? It says in Quickbooks "updated moments ago" but there are no transactions being pulled in.

Hello accounts82,

 

Though Online Banking automatically updates the bank balance and the downloaded transactions, it still depends on what data your bank shares with us. It's also possible that the automatic update was interrupted because of unstable internet connection.

 

Make sure your internet connection is stable. Then, we can manually refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online:

  1. In the Banking page, click the Update button.
  2. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
  3. Select Continue update.
