Does anyone know why I'm missing transactions for nearly a full month? I've tried reconnecting bank account but still nothing.

You can start to refresh your bank account manually. It can help bring the transactions back.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon. 
2. Choose Bank accounts. 
3. Click Refresh all. 

You can also check if the transactions are already in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Follow the steps below

1. From the left menu, click the Transactions tab.
2. In the Type drop-down, select All.
3. Choose your bank account from the drop-down, and change the Date to All.

If you still can't see the missing transactions, it is best to contact our QuickBooks Self-employed support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps to fix this for you.
