Does anyone know why QB is automatically adding Donor details to expenditure and how to remove the donor details from those transactions?

Thanks for checking in with us, julie@notjustanf. Allow me to help and share some information regarding QuickBooks automatically adding donors to your expenditure.

QuickBooks Online has a sticky setting where it will remember the previous options you set or selected on the transactions and will continue to use that unless you change it.

To remove the details from your expenditures, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
