Does the app show an accurate version of a an invoice when previewed ?

When previewed in the app there are no descriptions, units or dates for example on the first page, instead, they start on a separate page. This look a little unprofessional to the customer. How and why does this happen? Can it be changed ?

Hi MikeT23, the preview shown here will be the same invoice received by the customer - this can happen if the columns are too narrow for the data entered in the individuals line items, you can add or remove columns and edit the column widths by accessing on the web and navigating to the Cog > Custom form style > Edit > Content > Select the middle section of the invoice > Edit labels and widths. 👩‍💻
