Doesn't everyone's estimates say pending. I now have various clients who have said they haven't recieved the estimate

Since various clients haven’t received the estimate you’ve sent, I suggest contacting our support. They can check the issue further and help you find more solutions.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. In the Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human” in the field.
  4. Enter “Estimate concern,” then go to the Contact option.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
