Donation receipts not sales receipts?

In QuickBooks Online, you can customize the Sales Receipt to look like a donation receipt, and I'm here to help you how. While the option to change the interface of the sales receipt to a donation receipt is not directly available, there are workarounds to achieve this. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your company, click on Custom form styles.
3. If you want to use an existing style, click on Edit. Otherwise, click on the New style drop-down from the upper-right hand.
4. Select the Content tab.
5. Click on the Header.
6. Under Forms, check the box for Form names and enter Donor Receipt from the Sales receipt box.
7. Make other changes if needed.
8. Once done, click on Done.

Another option is downloading the Sales Receipt as a PDF and edit it outside QuickBooks to remove inappropriate wording, such as Balance Due.
