Downloading receipts

I need to download my receipts. When I go to do it year-by-year some of the links don't work. How do i proceed?

Hi Ozzy81, thanks for your post

 

To troubleshoot any browser issue that may be causing this, please try to export the receipts by signing into QuickBooks on a different browser or private browsing window. 

 

Please note, there is also an option for All time on the drop-down of the Receipts report if you would like the receipts consolidated into one file.
