Duplicate Transactions from PayPal and Bank Account

I've never had a problem with Quickbooks but I've noticed today that I've had 1 payment made to my PayPal account from a customer duplicated 3 times and 2 payments made via PayPal to my suppliers recorded twice, once as a PayPal payment and again as a bank transfer.  I've never noticed this before but wondering now if I will need to go back and double check everything for the last year!

 

Help please!

I'm now finding several more, duplicated payments already recorded as PayPal transactions re-reocrded when the money leaves my bank account for PayPay!  Is there some issue with the Barclays connection?

Hi emmahannay

 

We do not have any widespread issues with Barclays. The banking connection can on occasions populate duplication's and hence why would advise to carry out a reconciliation/use the reconciliation tool within the product, if you are using the small business product.
