This helps me provide the correct resolution for your concern. In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine what causes this issue. 

 

First, let''s process an invoice on a private window. This type of window doesn't store any file history that makes the browser takes time to load. Second, if it works fine, you can go back to you regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache is also the reason for some unexpected issues on QuickBooks.

 

Lastly, you can use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer. There are times that the browser we're currently using has a page maintenance.
