Question

Every time I am matching a transaction on the app iPhone, I click the invoice but if there is a charge for expenses. I click this but then the app freezes.

Been like this since October even after 2 updates it still freezes

Hi info903, we're unaware of any issue with matching transactions on the app - please try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the app to the latest version to troubleshoot 🙂

Hi, done this and still the same issue. I click the customer to match the invoice but if it doesn’t match because they paid by card, I am trying to add reminder as a bank charge expense. This is when it freezes.
