Expenses categories have disappeared

Hi,I'm trying to find my expense categories in the app. They seemed to have disappeared. For eg. My petrol expenses are usually categorised as travelling expenses.

Let's resolve the error you're having to categorise your transactions successfully from the app, @jkjeetley.

 

First, make sure to use the latest version of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. Try to check if you can now locate and categorise your transactions. If it's still missing or you already have the latest app, clear your app cache. 

 

The piled-up cache in your application caused this unusual behaviour. Clear your data or cache for this app on your mobile phone to reset the app to its default state.

 

Here's how to clear app cache or data storage if you're using an android:

 

  1. Open your phone's settings app.
  2. Look for the QBO app.
  3. Tap the clear data or the clear cache option. 

 

For IOS:

 

  1. Open Settings swipe down and tap Safari.
  2. Swipe down again and select Clear History and Website Data, click it once again to confirm.
