Expenses pages seach bar working and wont sync.

After i refresh the app and go to expenses page. I can see all my expenses but soon as i type in the search bar all expenses disappear and i cannot search any invoices/expenses. If i stop the search n press return button. It shows i have no expenses. Ask me to add expense. I ​have to refresh the app. And againthe same thing repea

I have a couple of solutions to help you resolve the error, rapidph2010. 

 

Thanks for letting us know that you already tried refreshing the data within the app. I have another set of steps to recommend that can resolve common sync issues between the web and mobile versions of QBO. Let's try changing the data connection on your device:

  • If connected to Wifi, turn it off and use cellular data.
  • If connected to cellular data, connect to Wifi.

 

Once done, restart your QuickBooks app and try signing in to your account. Then, go to go to Expenses page to see all the vendor transactions. If the same thing happens, try clearing your app data again. Here's how you can do this if you're using an Android device:

  1. Go to More Options ⋮,
  2. Select Settings, then tap Refresh Data,
  3. Tap Yes.

 

If you have iOS, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu ☰
  2. Select Help & Feedback, then tap Refresh Data,
  3. Tap Refresh.

 

You might also need to uninstall and reinstall the app just in case the issue persists.
