Format has changed on my tablet and I can’t seem to maximise the screen for eg invoices are small and seem limited to a much smaller window

Are you using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app or a browser in your tab when logging in to your account? That will surely help us provide an accurate solution to this concern.

 

You can try to clear the app cache or data storage if you're using a QBO app from your settings.
