Welcome to the Community space, Parks.

Thanks for being part of the QuickBooks family.  I can help move past the issue, so you can use QuickBooks smoothly.

The problem you're getting could be the result of too much data stored in your browser. To isolate the issue, let’s perform some browser troubleshooting steps.

The first thing to do is access your company using a private window or incognito mode. A private browser does not store files and history in the cache, which can cause unexpected behavior if too much information is saved.

Here are the keyboard shortcut keys for each browser:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If QBO doesn’t freeze via these sessions, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This will refresh the application and boost its performance.

I suggest running the Health Checkup tool to identify any issues with your browser's health, and it's compatibility with QuickBooks Online.

These steps should help you get back on track. Let me know how this turns out or if you run into any more hiccups inside your program. I'm ready to assist further.
