Getting a capital LO below address and before post code on invoice template does not show on template but on print preview and print

For me to determine what's LO for on your invoice, can you send a screenshot of the template. Please update this post and attach the image so I can check it here on my end.

In the meantime, you can check the address of the customer or the company if they were previously changed to LO. Let me guide you through the steps

Check the company's address:

1. Go to the Gear Icon and click Account and Settings.
2. Select Company, then Address.
   
3. Enter the correct one when needed, then click Save and Done.

Check the customer's address:

1. Go to Sales from the left navigation menu, then Customers.
2. Click the name of the customer to open the profile.
3. Click Edit.
4. Review the billing and shipping address.
   
5. Update when necessary.
6. Click Save.

If the same issue persists, you can delete the invoice template and create a new one.
