Glitch. When posting Sales Receipts or Invoices. If you make an entry in Product?services it makes it impossible to complete rest of transaction

Hello there, eurostoneandtile.

 

This unusual behavior might have something to do with a browser issue. Our browser might be having too much cache that made QuickBooks features not to respond properly.

 

If you haven't tried logging in to a private widow, we can try creating a sales receipt and invoice and add an item by following these troubleshooting steps. Here's how:

 

  1. Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
  2. If the same thing happens, we can try to log in to your account through an incognito window. 
  3. If it works fine, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings.

 

Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online:

  • Mozilla
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • For Safari, make sure to use the latest one.
