Has anybody else had two of the same invoice delivered ?

Let me help you sort this out, Robking.

 

We'll check on the Audit log report. It keeps track of the activities made in the program. Having said that, we can check how many times the invoice was sent. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log

If it was sent once only, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support so a live agent can take a better look at it. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks.
  2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
  3. Select Contact a human.
  4. Click Live Chat/Call me back.
