Has anyone had any difficulty accessing the Receipt Bank App?

Thanks for joining the Online Community. I want to be sure you can access Receipt Bank seamlessly.


I’ve checked this on our end and didn’t find any open tickets about access issues with your bank. To help you get back on track, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps.


To start off, you can use a different browser and trying Chrome's Incognito Mode. Sometimes a browser stores data that causes QuickBooks to act strangely.


Here are the keyboard shortcuts for each browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N


If the browser troubleshooting step doesn't work, clear the temporary Internet files/cache, close out of the browser to start with a clean slate. You’ll find detailed instructions in this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?


These steps should get you pointed in the right track connecting the account.
