Has anyone had problem with updating the transactions on the bank feed.

Great day and thanks for visiting the Community. I want to make sure that your banking connectivity concern will be taken cared of right away. 

 

If you can tell me which bank you're trying to update, that would be wonderful so I can be more specific in looking up our records for any related investigations. 

 

In the meantime, you can also visit your online banking and check if you received any notification about its maintenance or if you need to update your information. Then let's update your bank manually. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Click Update on the Banking page. 
  3. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials when prompted. 
  4. Click the Continue update
