Has Anyone had problems with customers unable to view pdf invoices???

Hello Community users, we just wanted to pop in and update this thread on pdf invoices. The issue with clients being unable to view/download invoices( error failed to load PDF document) was fixed in June 2020.
Customers impacted where advised to either resend the impacted invoice or to just send a reminder to the client and by ding so, the client would then be able to see the invoice PDF.
If you experience a similar issue let us know and we'll investigate straight away and work with you to get a resolution as quickly as possible.

This is a known issue and has been working on with our engineers. I would suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team so you'll be notified once an update is available. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter "customer's unable to view invoices" as your concern.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.

Meanwhile, you'll want to export the invoice into a PDF and sent it to your customer. You can follow the outlined steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Invoices tab. 
  2. Find the invoice and click on the drop-down beside the View.
  3. Click the Export as PDF and save it to your local drive.

Right after, you can attach it to your email.
