It's good to have you here, Tracey.

Let me help you show your customer's name when printing the invoice.

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to identify if this is a browser-related concern. We can start by logging in to your account via a private or incognito mode to avoid storing cache files that cause lag.

You can use the shortcut keys below

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, print your invoice there. Once it works, clear the cache of your default browser to remove outdated data.

If the issue persists, you can utilize another supported browser or device. This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with the QuickBooks program.

After performing these steps, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online (QBO) support to further isolate this issue and find a solution.

Feel free to return here if you have additional questions about printing your invoices. We'll be willing to lend a hand.
