Hello all. After months of using quickbooks I have had a sudden glitch: I'm getting the message "No transactions to process" - they are not being carried into quickbooks

I'm using Microsoft edge, but have had issues with both QBO and the Desktop App.

As the desktop app pulls its online connection through the default browser,can we ask you to try clearing the cache and cookies in Microsoft edge and then logging into QuickBooks and then hit on update in the banking section.
