You can enter it again and just ensure to hit Save or Save and close. To keep track of the activities you've done with your account, you can pull up the Audit Log report. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, click Audit log.
3. Select the Filter icon to easily search for activities.
