Hello, I have made some transactions today in stores on my monzo account which is linked to QuickBooks but they aren’t showing on the app - is this normal?

When you connect your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it fetches the latest data from the bank every night around 10 PM PT. For most banks, transactions are usually available for the system to download the day after they post to the bank's website. Some may take a little longer, depending on the financial institution's discretion.

You also have the option to manually download your bank transactions by going to the Banking page, then clicking on the Update button. Do this at least three to five times to ensure your transactions go through successfully. 

Once your transactions are in, you can now matching and categorising them. You can also do your regular reconciliation.
