Hello, I would like a certain column in my credit note to appear in my printed version. The column does print out in the invoice/ sales receipt, but not in my credit note

For now, the option to add a column in a credit note is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We can only customise sales transactions such as invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in the program. 

I can see how this feature would be helpful for your business. Therefore, I'll take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience. 

You can also send feedback to our developers. That way, they can review your request and most likely include it in future updates. Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you search for other third-party apps that could help you customise credit notes. You can look for QuickBooks-integrated apps by going to the Apps menu and clicking Find apps.
