Hello. Is it possible when emailing statements, to attach the relevant invoices? As most customers request for the outstanding invoices to be emailed across to them.

Hello info672,

 

For now, you we can only send the invoices and the statements separately. Combining the two when sending to your customers is quite an idea. I'll share this to our Product Development Team. They can put it into consideration for product updates. You can also visit the QuickBooks Blog to see what's new in the program.

 

As a workaround, we can download the invoices and the statements. You can see the detailed steps in this article: Download And Save Invoices, Other Sales Forms, And Statements As PDF.

 

Then, send it outside QuickBooks Online through your email provider.
