It's nice seeing you here, tnkelly01.

I have some steps to help you show the pay now button on your customer's invoice. Let's make sure that the Online invoice is selected from the delivery option.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
  2. Click the Sales tab.
  3. Scroll down at the bottom and select the Online delivery section to expand the options.
  4. Under the Additional email options for invoices, choose Online invoice.
  5. Hit Save and then Done.

Here's a sample screenshot for a visual reference:

If you have fully integrated the Accept Payments with PayPal app, open the invoice and under the Payments options section, verify if the box ticked. Resend the invoice if necessary.

Otherwise, click the Accept Card Payments with PayPal or Set up Direct Debit links to get the pay now option on your invoices.

@tnkelly01

You may need a 3rd party payment processor to accept domestic credit cards with a fee of 2.5% + $0.30 (excluding a monthly subscription rate) as another option.
