Hello we use an app called workshop software for our billing and invoices but quickbooks wont import all the of the transactions from it

I'll share with you the steps on how to sync your transactions from Workshop to QuickBooks. You'll want to update your app first and then re-import again. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Apps tab.
  2. Select the My apps tab.
  3. Tick Launch or Update on the Workshop app.

After updating, check the imported transactions again. If you're experiencing the same result, please give our QuickBooks Customer Care Support a call so we can investigate further.
