Hello, Why some expenses are now cales Journals?

Let's review your transaction so that we can identify if it's an expense or a journal entry.

1. Go to the Search icon.
2. Select your recently entered transaction and open it.

But if you mean to say a transactions journal posting, each transaction you've created and recorded in QuickBooks will have each own Transaction Journal. Let me show you how:

1. Open one of your transactions.
2. Select More.
3. Choose Transaction Journal.
