Help! Some customer details have gone missing and I need to send invoices.

Once you've entered and saved the information in QuickBooks, this will always show up and won't disappear unless other users delete the data. You can visit the audit log to check if someone made the changes. But before that, you'll have to sign in as admin so you'll have access to it. To go to the audit log, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
2. Choose Filter.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
4. Click Apply.

On the other hand, if you can't find a record that the data was deleted, we can perform troubleshooting steps to fix the problem. Sometimes, this happens because of browser-related issues. Using a private browser, you can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Use the shortcut keys to access below:
