Hi, a customer wants to see the payments made against an invoice, how do i do this?

I’m here to ensure that your customer will see those payments made against the invoice, @gemma-p-l-s-co-u.

Since your customer wants to view those invoice payments, you’ll want to pull up an Invoice and Receive Payments report and customise it according to your desired date and customers to get the data that matters most. I’ll show you how: 

1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu. 
2. Look for and type Invoice and Receive payments in the search box.
3. Customize the Report period and choose your desired customer.
4. Hit Run report to complete the process.

From there, you’ll want to export your report to Microsoft Excel and manually send it to your customer.
