Hi all, I'm wondering if I can turn off the Category part of the Product/Service section in Purchase Orders? I have done it on the sales side and my invoices look great!

Let me share some information about creating a purchase order, @bedforddiscounte. 

 

If you’ve added your items to your Product and Services list and marked “I purchase this product/service from a supplier”, then you’ll use the Item details section. However, you’ll have it under the Category details when this was not added.
 

The ability to set it on and off in still unavailable but this is a great feature though, so I'll be sharing this idea to our Product Development team. For now, you can visit the QuickBooks Blog to check for new updates and features that we have.
