Hello, AVNI.  

Creating a CIS transaction in QuickBooks is much like creating a normal transaction. Once you turn on the CIS, it will calculate everything for you.  

Also, currently, adding the reverse charges on an invoice is done manually. A workaround is to use a recurring invoice template. This can work perfectly if your client's transactions rarely change over time. 

Although, you'll still have the opportunity to tweak or change your invoices as they are created. 

To create a template: 

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Recurring transactions.
2. Tap the New button, then choose Invoice as the Transaction Type. 
3. Add the details of the invoice with the needed VAT documentation.
4. Once done, press Save template.
