Question

Hi All, Invoice Payments in "Accounts and Settings" will not load. Keeps running round. Have tried clearing Cache etc, no difference. Anyone got any idea what I can do?

To expedite the process, contact our support team and provide them with the investigation number INV-93973. This will ensure you're added to the list of affected users and receive updates via email or SMS. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option
  5. Tap Get help from a human.
  6. Pick either Chat with us or Have us call you button.
