Hi All, new(ish) User, I deleted an invoice as I'd repeated it and it's still showing on my dashboard? Any ideas how I can get this removed totally? Thanks

Once you've deleted an invoice, it'll be removed from your company dashboard and will automatically update the unpaid invoice calculation. Since this transaction keeps appearing on your dashboard, we can further isolate if this is a browser issue. To verify, you'll need to use a private browser first.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Sign in to your company file and check your dashboard. If the invoice was removed, you'll need to go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different browser.
