Hi, Any quotation or invoice I save from QB's into my system is being saved as a .2020 file rather and a .PDF Can anybody please give me some advice on how to correct?

Hello there, @rals2011.

 

It's possible that an Adobe Reader isn't installed on your computer that's why QuickBooks saving quotations or invoices to a different file extension. Let's first make sure that you can save or print a local PDF document.

 

If you have a PDF document saved to your hard drive, open it from within Acrobat/Reader from File menu and test to be sure you can save and print it. However, if you do not have a local PDF document, use Windows Search and look for all files and folders, using *.pdf.
