Hi, by mistake I deleted a invoice from my dash, how I can get it back?

Let's team up to retrieve the deleted invoice in QuickBooks Online. I'm here to provide some steps to assist you in acquiring those invoices.

 

Once a transaction has been deleted, we're unable to undo the action (as what the prompt message warns before deleting a transaction). 

 

You can use the Audit log to retrieve the details of the deleted invoice and recreate them manually. This report assists you in keeping track of transactions that have added, deleted, or modified, as well as user entries.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Audit log
  2. Set the Date to when you deleted the invoices. 
  3. Under Events, select Deleted/Voided transactions.
  4. Look for the deleted invoices, then click on View

 

Expand the Added event on the Audit History page to see the original invoice details. Make a note of the specific detail and recreate it by clicking the + New button and then choosing Invoice.
