Hi, can I add a company registration number in a customer invoice? This is to go from the UK to Spain, they need their Spanish CIF number to show on the invoice, thanks

Hi anasors-saltomus,

You can enter a custom field on the invoice to show this, to do this simply select the small cogwheel in the top-right when creating the invoice > tick the check-box beside one of the custom fields (you can have up to three) and rename this to how you wish this to appear, e.g. company registration no.

You'll then see a new field appear on the invoice template where you can enter the number. 🙂

Thanks!
