Hi, can you not review, edit and match receipts to bank transactions via the QBO app?? The same way you can with SE. The app is telling me to do this via desktop. TY

I'm here to ensure you're able to categorise your bank receipts in your account. 

The option to review, edit and match bank receipts is unavailable in QuickBooks Online mobile app. Thus, the system is telling you to perform the action in the desktop app instead. I'd recommend doing this online to accomplish the goal. I'm happy to present instructions. 

1. Go to the Banking menu then choose Receipts. 
2. Pick the receipts you've downloaded in your app.
3. Click the Review button in the Action column to add the lacking information. 
4. If you see Match it means QuickBooks thinks it matches a transaction you've already entered in the system. Click the Linked record to examine the data.  
5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
