Hi Does gocardless integration with quickbooks adjust for credit notes when collecting payments? Invoice 001 - £50 Credit note 001 - £10 Will go cardless collect £40?

If you want QuickBooks to automatically apply credit notes to customers' balances or open invoices, turn on the credit note auto-apply feature. Here are the steps to do that:

1. Click on Settings ⚙ then Account and settings.
2. Go to the Advanced tab.
3. Tap Edit ✎ in the Automation section.
4. Mark Automatically apply credits.
5. Hit Save, then Done.

Tip: If this feature is turned of, you'll need to manually apply credit notes to open invoices.
