Hi for some reason when I create an estimate and go to send it via email to my customers or myself it says sent but sometimes it comes through and sometimes it doesn’t.

Oftentimes email providers may flag repetitive emails from the same sender as spam, have you checked any spam/junk folders to see if these are being delivered here? We've also got a guide with steps to take to ensure you receive important email messages from Intuit that should help to fix this 🙂
