If these are bank transactions, you can upload them to the Banking page. Then, categorize and match them to your existing transactions in QBO. You can also import other transaction types like invoices and bills. Simply click on the Gear icon and choose Import data under Tools. Then, select the transaction type that you want to import. On the next page, you can see a link to download a sample file.
