Hi have problem with invoices

When I add all iteam what I sell ,when you save a invoice it's automatically shows that's been paid card but needs to be cash

Hello @expresstimberltd,

 

In QuickBooks Online, invoices can be automatically closed for a reason only if the customer's name has available credits. Let's turn this feature off to avoid closing your invoice with paid status after saving them.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Choose Advanced.
  4. On the Automation section, select the Pencil icon.
  5. Remove the checkmark on the Automatically apply credits selection.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Click Done.
