Hi, how can I add the "shipping address" to the email header, I would like it in either the email subject line or the email message, I have the [invoice No.] thanks

I can provide you the steps how you can add the shipping address to the email header in QuickBooks Online, quickhglocal-gma.

 

You can go through the Account and Settings in QuickBooks Online and add the shipping address from the Messages section. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Custom form styles.
  2. From the Sales tab,click the Messages section.
  3. Manually add the shipping address either in the subject line or email message.
  4. Tap Save.
  5. Hit Done.

 

Once saved, the shipping address will show every time you send a transaction. You can also add other information before sending them. See the sample screenshot below.
